Why can’t customer have the option to order custom items online?

In order to create your perfect custom fixture, our experienced design team works with you on a one to one basis.

How much chain and wire is included with the fixtures?

This depends on the size and style of the fixture. Please refer to the “What Included” page by clicking here.

Are light bulbs included?

Light bulbs are not sold with the fixture. When purchasing the light bulbs do not exceed the maximum wattage rate for the fixture.

How do I search for lighting by room type such as Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom?

Simply click on Shop and then on the left-hand side (sidebar) you will see the heading Room Settings with each room listed. Please keep in mind that our light fixtures are designed to be used in many different room settings.

Are light bulbs included?

Light bulbs are not sold with the fixture. When purchasing the light bulbs do not exceed the maximum wattage rate for the fixture.

Can I use LED light bulbs in my light fixture?

All Medium Base, Candelabra Base and GU10 Base 120Volt LED light bulbs will work.

Will my light work on a dimmer switch?

All Glow Lighting products will work with 120-volt standard dimmers. If you are using compatible LED light bulbs check to see if they can be dimmable. Some LED light bulbs may not be dimmable.

Can I hang my light fixture on a sloped/vaulted ceiling?

Any fixture that is suspended by chain can hang on a sloped ceiling. Fixtures that are suspended using a single rod may also be mounted on sloped ceilings but would require the use of a sloped ceiling adapter.

Can I add a shade to my fixture? What size do I need?
  • Yes, you can add a shade to almost any Glow Lighting fixture. Depending on the style of the fixture we have adapters to fit our flush and semi flush mounts as well as a patented adapter for use with chandeliers. Please visit the Shades and Mounting Kits by clicking here.
  • If you are adding a shade please make sure the size of the shade is 3” larger than the diameter of the fixture. For example, a chandelier that is 18” in diameter would require a 21” diameter shade.
I need assembly/trimming instructions for my fixture?

Not all our current assembly and trimming instructions are available online. For the instructions please email us with the product code and Customer Service will be happy to e-mail the instructions to you.

What is included in my fixture?


My package did not get delivered. I need help?

All orders are provided a tracking number at the time of shipment. Please use the tracking number to track your order. If there are any issues, please feel free to contact us by clicking here.

My item arrived damaged/incorrect. What do I do?

Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service Team by clicking here. Please have your order number ready so our customer support team can resolve the situation as quickly and easily as possible.

How can I add items to my order?

If you wish to add an additional item to your order, please place a new order with only the new items.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

To change a shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of the order being placed.

How can I cancel an order?
  • Once an order has been placed, it can only be canceled if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the customer.
  • To cancel an order before it is shipped, please e-mail or call us within 24 hours.
  • Please note, special order items including custom, discontinued, and non-stocking fixtures may not be canceled.

How much does shipping cost?

Glow offers free shipping for U.S and Canadian orders. Some exceptions may apply.

How are orders shipped?

Each and every Glow product is carefully packaged and shipped using a globally trusted carrier. Tracking numbers are available for each order and are provided upon shipment of the product.

Where does Glow Ship?

Glow currently ships only to the U.S. and Canada. However, we are not limited to these two countries. Please contact us for special shipping arrangements.

How are applicable taxes calculated?
  • Taxes are quoted based on location and can be found at the time of checkout.
  • Glow is obligated to collect sales tax in Canada.

How do I use my promotion/coupon code?

At the top of the checkout page, there will be an option for you to enter in any promo/coupon code.

How do I shop in my local currency?

Glow currently only offers shopping in CAD and USD dollars. To change currency, simply click the flag at the top of the menu on our homepage. Once clicked, a dropdown option will appear. Please select the currency you wish to see by clicking on the corresponding flag.
