PRODUCT: Can I add a shade to my crystal chandelier?

Yes, you may add a shade to most GLOW Lighting chandeliers and ceiling lights with our shade attachment adapters. Our blog on How to Update a Chandelier with Shades explains in detail how to transform your crystal chandelier with a sheer drum shade.

PRODUCT: Do the light fixtures come with bulbs?

Light bulbs are not sold with the light fixtures. For the correct bulb type and wattage needed, please refer to the installation and trimming instructions that are provided with your crystal fixture. To learn about the different light bulbs please read How to Buy Crystal Chandelier Bulbs

PRODUCT: Should I use a dimmer switch?

All GLOW Lighting products will work with 120-volt standard dimmers. If you are using LED replacement light bulbs check to see if they are dimmable.

PRODUCT: Can I hang my chandelier on a slope or vaulted ceiling?

Any chandelier that is suspended by chain may hang on a sloped ceiling. Light fixtures that are suspended with a single rod may also be mounted on a slope ceiling but would require the use of a sloped ceiling adapter.

PRODUCT: How much chain and wire comes with my crystal chandelier?

The amount of chain and wire depends on the type, style and size of the light fixture. Please click here for the details of What’s Included.

PRODUCT: How do I know what size chandelier to buy?

PRODUCT: What are the differences in the types of crystals you use?

Our Trimming Options page explains the grades of crystals that GLOW offers. You will also find a detailed explanation of the different seashells we use for our shell chandeliers; ceiling lights and wall sconces .

SHOP: How do I search for light by room such as dining room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom?

Simply click Shop and all the filters appear. Under the heading Room each room is listed. Please keep in mind that our light fixtures are designed to be used in many different room settings.

SHOP: What if I am not sure what style of chandelier I am interested in?

If you click Shop All Lighting, you will find our entire product selection. If however you know the style you are interested in, simply click the applicable heading and all the light fixtures in that style will be highlighted.

SHOP: Do you offer promotions and sales?

Our link Lighting Sale highlights our current specials, promotions and sales. Our promotions and special offers are constantly changing.

SHOP: How do I shop in my local currency?

GLOW currently offers online shopping in Canadian and US dollars. To change currency simply click either Canada or United States located at the bottom of the homepage.

SHOP: What type of credit card payments do you accept?

All invoices may be paid securely online. For US customers we accept payment by VISA; VISA Debit; Master Card; Debit Master Card and Discover. For Canadian customers we accept payment by Interac E-Transfer; VISA, Master Card and Discover. Our payment methods are subject to change.

SHOP: How do I use my promotion/ coupon code?

When you go to checkout, there will be an option to enter a valid promo/coupon code

SHOP: How are applicable taxes calculated?

Taxes are based on location. They are applied at checkout.

SHOP: Am I able to add items to my order?

If you wish to add additional fixtures to your order, please place a new order with only the new items.

SHOP: How can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order please e-mail or call us within 24 hours of your purchase. An order may only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. Please note special order items including custom, discontinued and non-stocking fixtures many not be cancelled.

SHOP: My chandelier arrived damaged/incorrect. What do I do?

Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please click here to contact our Customer Service Team. Please have your order number handy so a Customer Service specialist can help resolve the situation as quickly and easily as possible.

SHIPPING: How much does shipping cost?

GLOW offers free shipping on orders over $50 for US and Canadian orders. Some exceptions apply.

SHIPPING: Where does GLOW ship?

We currently ship orders to the Continental United States and Canada. However, we are not limited to these two countries. Please call us at 1-888-838-4569 for special shipping arrangements.

SHIPPING: How are orders shipped?

Every GLOW orders are carefully packaged and shipped using a globally trusted carrier. Once the order is shipped tracking numbers are provided.
